We provide ghostwriting, editing, cover design, publishing, distribution, and book marketing services. The scope, price, and timeline for your project will be outlined in your package, invoice, or written agreement.
2. Payments
• Work begins once your initial payment is received.
• Payment schedules are listed on your invoice or agreement.
• Work may pause if a payment is overdue.
• Promotional discounts apply only as stated in the offer and may change at any time.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds depend on the work completed at the time of cancellation. Fees already paid to third parties on your behalf (such as ISBNs or printing) are non-refundable. Any refund of the remaining amount will depend on the work completed or in progress at the time of cancellation.
4. Your Responsibilities
• Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
• Only share content you own or have permission to use.
• Review and approve your final files before publication.
5. Ownership
You own your manuscript and ideas. Once your project is paid in full, you own your final deliverables. Ghostwritten books are published under your name, and we never claim authorship. We may show published covers in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Confidentiality
Your manuscripts and project details are kept confidential and shared only with team members who need them to complete your project.
7. No Sales Guarantee
Publishing platforms like Amazon operate under their own rules and pay royalties directly under their own terms. We do not guarantee book sales, rankings, or income.
8. SMS Terms
By checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Saine Stack LLC about consultations, appointment reminders, project updates, customer support, and, if you’ve agreed to them, promotional offers.
• Consent is optional and not required to purchase any service.
• Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 15 messages per week.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message, and no more messages after that.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
